Scheels Ads let brand partners promote their products directly to shoppers on scheels.com. There are two core formats today:
• Sponsored Products — product-level ads that appear in search results and category pages, selected through an automated auction (“Auction as a Service”). Advertisers set a bid, and the system selects and ranks eligible ads automatically.
• Sponsored Banners — display placements on the homepage and store pages, targeted by the keywords and categories the advertiser selects.
Sponsored Products are ads for a specific product, shown in search results and category listings alongside organic results — priced through the auction described above.
Sponsored Brands (banner-style placements) are broader brand or multi-product creative shown on the homepage or store pages, targeted by keyword and category rather than tied to one specific product listing.
Today: search results and category pages (Sponsored Products), plus the homepage and other content pages (Sponsored Banners).

For Sponsored Products, eligibility and ranking come from the auction itself — your bid and how well your product matches the shopper's search or category combine to determine whether your ad is selected, with no manual review step in between.
For Sponsored Banners, eligibility is based on the keywords and categories you choose to target when setting up the campaign.
Scheels Ads uses closed-loop attribution — tying your ad exposure directly to actual purchase data, both online and in-store, rather than just clicks or impressions. Sales lift and incrementality testing are also part of the measurement approach, so you can see whether your media spend is truly driving incremental sales.
